Returns Policy
Valli Information Systems Inc. allows for the return of products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Unopened items will be processed for 100% refund if return is initiated before the end of the 14th day. Opened (unboxed) items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to be assessed at the discretion of Valli Information Systems, and in accordance with company policy guidelines. In the event of a defective product, Valli Information Systems, Inc. will make every effort to replace, repair, or exchange the defective item with a comparable replacement within the 14 day return policy. Valli must abide by the return policies dictated by our distributors, manufacturers and partners.
WARRANTIES - In General
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Valli administers the individual manufacturer warranty, which may include returning defective products to distributor, sending products to a manufactures repair center, or factory direct returns. Valli Information Systems Inc. will make every effort to repair or replace products onsite at the customer’s location whenever possible. Valli must abide by the return policies dictated by our distributors, manufacturers and partners.
Support Services
Valli Information Systems, Inc. will dispatch technicians and respond to support calls during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm MDT (except when closed for federal holidays). After hours dispatch and/or service are subject to a 20% surcharge for service performed after business hours unless otherwise stated, planned or approved by Valli Executive Management.
